Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy
- Returnable Items
Full priced items may be returned if they are in new condition, i.e. HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, have all the original tags attached, and in original packaging. Please make sure to return the item in the same condition you received it. The complete box must be returned, no separate items and in the original condition. We will not accept returns that have not met these conditions. Return or exchange of your purchase must be received within 21 days of your purchase. If all requirements are met, we will refund you with a store credit.
You must have PRIOR APPROVAL before sending in any returns.
- Non-Returnable Items
Any item that you have requested Baby Riddle to launder cannot be returned. Items that HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, ODORED or WASHED cannot be returned.
All sale items or promo items are final.
The refund process is between 5-10 days, once Baby Riddle has received your returned package.
- Modifying Order Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Exception would occur only if the baby’s gender is not what was stated on the authorization form.
PRE-SALES & PRE-ORDERS
- Pre-sales and pre-orders are final sale and are non-refundable. Exchanges for store credit may apply only in the case of damaged items.
- Pre-sale orders and Pre-orders on are final and non-refundable. Cancellations and returns on these orders will be processed. Orders will be cancelled on unpaid orders one week after we send the final reminder. Partial payment plans (codes) made on pre-orders and pre-sale orders will be forfeited should a customer not to pay the total amount of the order.
- Exchanges will be accepted only for sizing changes and will be based on product availability.
