Shipping A Return Or Exchange

  • To request for a return, please simply send us a return request by email to hello@babyriddle.com. Or if you have created an account with us you can request a return within your account. A return confirmation number will be provided. ALL requests must be approved before returning an item.
  • Only NEW items with tags and in original packaging are accepted for a return or exchange. Please make sure to return the item in the same manner you received it, new, folded neatly and in original packaging.
  • Please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package.  Returns or exchanges should be sent pre-paid and insured; Baby Riddle is not responsible for items lost. 
  • Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange. 
  • Returns must ship with a carrier who provides tracking and/or Delivery information (UPS, FEDEX or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, USPS Express Mail).

Re-Routing Packages

Sometimes an incorrect or incomplete address is given to us. If we are able to get the box re-routed while in transit, there will be a $10.00 re-route fee.  If we are unable to get the box re-routed while in transit, the carrier will return the box to us.  We will then attempt to correct the mistaken address and re-ship it to the proper destination.  There is a $15.00 re-route fee if an item is returned to us; we will need to re-charge shipping fees to ship it out again.

Damaged packages

Baby Riddle is not liable for damages during shipment. The company packages it with caution, but on rare occasions a package will be damaged during shipment. If your package is damaged upon receipt; do not open, take a picture and report it to the carrier (Fed-Ex, UPS, USPS).  The package is entirely insured.  We just don’t want your surprise ruined.

Please note: Baby Riddle is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy.  Please review the policy or contact customer service with any questions prior to shipping a return or exchange.

The refund process is between 5-10 days, once Baby Riddle has received your returned package.
